This role supports IT operations within a manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth functioning of applications, infrastructure, and production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for plant systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across plant operations
- Support plant floor systems and global IT teams
- Maintain and optimize IT systems and hardware
- Support IIoT and digital manufacturing initiatives
- Manage documentation and support processes
- Assist in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing efforts
- IT support and infrastructure management
- Windows/Linux server administration
- Networking (Cisco-based environments)
- Troubleshooting and incident management
- Experience with:
- Dell/HP systems
- Windows Server, Active Directory
- Virtual environments (vSphere)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in shift-based environments
- Manufacturing IT experience
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Additional technical certifications (Preferred)
