The ideal candidate brings experience managing multiple brands or programs simultaneously, coordinating both digital and non-digital initiatives, and acting as a central point of accountability across internal teams and external partners.

Required

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3 5 years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, medical communications, or regulated industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or brands simultaneously
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience leading cross-functional meetings and managing complex workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Preferred

• Experience supporting Scientific Exchange, Medical Affairs, or Centers of Excellence
• Vendor management and budget tracking experience
• Familiarity with digital and non-digital initiatives (e.g., events, communications, platforms)
• Experience with collaboration and PM tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams, Trello, or similar
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification (preferred, not required)
