- Lead end-to-end performance testing strategy, planning, and execution.
- Design performance test scenarios, workloads, and benchmarks.
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers.
- Provide tuning and optimization recommendations to development and architecture teams.
- Develop automated performance testing frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Generate performance reports and metrics for leadership and engineering teams.
- 12 years of experience in performance engineering and performance testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or Neoload.
- Expertise in APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or Datadog.
- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
- Proficiency in analyzing logs, threads, heap dumps, and system resource utilization.
- Solid experience with Java, Python, or scripting languages for automation.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and test automation integration.
- Strong SQL and database performance tuning knowledge (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
