We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive experience supporting and enhancing FSCM applications in a production environment. This role emphasizes deep troubleshooting, production support, data conversions, integrations, and reporting. Experience with regulatory updates such as 1099 processing is essential. The ideal candidate will bring 10 years of PeopleSoft expertise across both technical and functional domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily production support for PeopleSoft FSCM modules which include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Project Costing, Asset Management, Purchasing, eProcurement, and Expenses.
Support and Trouble shoot issues using advanced debugging techniques, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide defect remediation.
Develop, maintain, and optimize People Code, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, Crystal Reports, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker services/objects
Design, build, and support PS/nVision, BI Publisher, SQR, and Crystal Reports for financial, audit, and operational reporting
Lead and support data conversion activities: design conversion logic, build conversion programs, validate data, and perform reconciliation
Support and build integrations with external systems using Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, web services, flat-file interfaces, and APIs
Manage year-end 1099 updates, including patch review, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and compliance with federal reporting requirements
Working closely with functional module leads to identify, analyze, and resolve issues, ensuring smooth business operations
Collaborate with functional SMEs to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
Perform SQL and App Engine performance tuning, optimize reports, and improve system stability
Ensure adherence to internal development standards, security guidelines, and audit controls
Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training materials
Required Qualifications:
10 years of PeopleSoft technical development experience, including 7 years in FSCM modules
Strong background in production support, debugging, incident/problem management, and performance troubleshooting
Expert-level proficiency with PeopleTools 8.5x : PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interfaces, SQR, Integration Broker
Hands-on experience with reporting tools:
Proficient in Oracle SQL/PLSQL with strong tuning and troubleshooting skills
Strong understanding of core financial processes and FSCM data structures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
