Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials and Human Capital Management systems.
• Proficiency in PeopleTools 8.60 or higher for enterprise application development.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine and advanced PeopleCode programming.
• Experience in Structured Query Reports and Component Interface technical design.
• Experience with BI Publisher, Crystal Reports, and COBOL for PeopleSoft environments.
• Experience in full lifecycle analysis, implementation, and testing of PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized modules and technical interfaces for PeopleSoft 9.2 platforms.
• Manage and maintain data connectivity between internal applications and external software systems.
• Support enterprise-wide initiatives involving system upgrades, software patching, and technical fixes.
• Troubleshoot complex application errors to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Implement strict security protocols and user access controls to protect sensitive information.
• Develop detailed documentation for software implementations, customizations, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with fiscal and HR leadership to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
