Job Title: Pega CDH Decisioning Consultant

Job Location: Stamford, Connecticut.

Key Requirements:

  • CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant) Mandatory
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with Pega CDH v8.8

Core Skills:

  • Decisioning Strategies & Next Best Action (NBA) framework
  • Analytical Models: Adaptive, Predictive, and VBD
  • Alert Designer & Action/Offer Management lifecycle
  • Propensity, scoring, and CAR modeling
  • Customer Interaction History, profiles, journeys, identification & matching
  • Experience with Pega data model design (class structures, hierarchies)
  • Creation of treatment groups, classes, properties, and data elements.
