We are looking for a dedicated and skilled PC Technician to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with a talented team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes to identify IT solutions tailored to user needs.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs and related hardware efficiently.
• Support and manage site infrastructure, including workstations, laptops, and printers.
• Facilitate the redesign and documentation of business processes as necessary.
• Provide software support for a variety of applications, ensuring smooth operations.
  
  

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of two years of experience in IT, ideally within a manufacturing or similar setting.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware and networking technologies.
• Familiarity with printer hardware and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
