Key Responsibilities
- Perform desktop support for end users in clinical environments
- Complete PC imaging and reimaging for large-scale rollout
- Handle hardware installation, replacement, and configuration
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Assist with deployment of upgraded devices across multiple sites
- Document work performed and escalate issues when needed
- Experience with Windows imaging tools and standard deployment processes
- Strong understanding of PC hardware components
- Ability to follow structured troubleshooting steps
- Prior experience in a hospital or doctor's office is a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working 100% onsite
