Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support for PCs, laptops, and Apple/Mac devices (hardware and software).
- Troubleshoot MacBook/iMac issues including OS updates, software configuration, and peripheral connectivity.
- Assist with Windows 11 refreshes, device imaging, installations, and deployments.
- Resolve service desk tickets quickly and deliver excellent customer service.
- Support equipment maintenance, printer troubleshooting, and routine IT tasks.
- Adapt and learn new technologies while collaborating with senior technicians.
- 2-4 years of IT support experience, with strong Mac expertise.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and hardware troubleshooting.
- A certification (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork.
- Reliable transportation for potential travel to other Los Angeles campuses.
- Healthcare IT experience is a plus.
