We are seeking a PC Support Technician to assist with IT warehouse operations and hardware deployment activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support roles and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill hardware requests and manage inventory in the IT warehouse.
- Receive, ship, and track IT hardware using SAP and ServiceNow.
- Update asset records for received and deployed equipment.
- Recover IT equipment from onsite locations and coordinate returns from remote users.
- Deploy computer peripherals (e.g., monitors, docking stations).
- Image and prepare computers for deployment.
- Follow up with managers regarding offboarded employees to ensure proper equipment return.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in IT support roles such as Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Hardware Fulfillment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, ITSM).
- Experience with SAP for asset tracking and inventory management.
- Associate degree in a related field.
- CompTIA A certification.
