Role : Desktop Engineer

Duration : 8 Months

Duration: Denver, CO

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute day to day PC refresh activities (device preparation, deployment, and transition from legacy endpoints)
  • Follow established procedures for imaging, configuration, asset tracking, and documentation
  • Engage directly with end users for device handoff, basic troubleshooting, and immediate post cutover support
  • Coordinate with local leads on schedule, priorities, and site specific logistics

Skills - Must Have

PC Tech, experience with PC refresh and troubleshooting, experience with customer service, end user support.

  • Update provided tracking systems (CMDB/asset databases, spreadsheets, ticketing systems)
