The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Solution Architect capable of designing high-level architectures, frameworks, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), while also contributing to development when needed. Experience in Google Cloud Platform environment is highly preferred.

We are looking for a highly experienced Payments Architect with a strong Java background and deep expertise in the Payments & Cards domain. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Solution Architect capable of designing high-level architectures, frameworks, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), while also contributing to development when needed. Experience in Google Cloud Platform environment is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, secure architectures for payment systems
- Create high-level solution designs, flows, frameworks, and PoCs
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and implement solutions
- Work extensively on payments and cards domain functionalities
- Implement cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Azure
- Lead integration with third-party payment APIs and services
- Ensure compliance with payment industry standards and regulations
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Support deployment, monitoring, and production issue resolution
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
- Maintain technical documentation and architecture artifacts
- Strong expertise in Core Java & Spring Boot
- Extensive experience in Payments & Cards domain (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience as a Solution/Technical Architect
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform environment (Preferred)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Google Cloud Platform / Azure)
- Experience with API integrations and distributed systems
