The Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst – LMS Transition supports the successful delivery of large scale Learning Management System (LMS) migrations by serving as a technical and collaboration anchor across multiple workstreams. This role specializes in technical and integration design, working closely with cross functional partners to define, document, and validate design decisions that enable effective implementation.
The role partners with HRIS, IT, Security, Learning, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure technical designs are clearly documented, aligned across teams, and executable within enterprise and compliance constraints. In addition, the role provides program support and coordination to help keep technical activities aligned with overall project milestones.
