The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing change strategies, ensuring alignment across business units, and enabling smooth transitions through effective Training & Enablement, Organizational Change, and Technology Adoption practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong expertise in ADKAR Methodology and Change Management frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in Stakeholder Engagement and influencing leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong analytical skills with experience in defining adoption KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- 3 5 years of experience in Change Management, preferably supporting technology initiatives
- Experience in enterprise or large-scale transformation programs
- Hands-on experience with Technology Adoption and Organizational Change initiatives
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM tools is preferred
- Experience working in matrixed and cross-functional environments
