The ideal candidate should have a consulting background, preferably with experience in the Manufacturing Industry. They will work closely with the extended OCM team to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new ways of working.

They will work closely with the extended OCM team to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new ways of working.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the extended OCM Team
- Drive Global OCM Plan Delivery for US region
- Report to OCM value stream lead on project updates/milestones and delivery
- Leverage change management methodologies and tools to execute strategic plans
- Design and deliver effective change management strategy and plans
- Work with senior leadership to create alignment and support program success
- Identify and deploy communication and stakeholder engagement tools
- Design and deliver material utilizing various channels of communications
- Build repository of OCM artefacts and deliverables for the assigned project
Required Skills:
- Consulting background, preferably with experience in Big4 or Big IT Consulting Firms
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry is preferable
- Ability to interact with C-Level Executives
- Knowledge of PROSCI methodology
- Previous experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
