Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee large-scale change management initiatives
Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business goals
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and adoption
Analyze organizational impact, assess change readiness, and identify risks with mitigation plans
Design and deliver training and communication plans for smooth transitions
Provide expert guidance on change management best practices and methodologies
Monitor and measure change effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives
Cnduct workshops and coaching sessions to build change capabilities
Manage stakeholder engagement and foster strong relationships
Identify and address resistance to change through targeted interventions
Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership
Mentor junior team members and consultants
Ensure compliance with organizational change management standards
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Change Management (Mandatory)
Experience in organizational transformation and stakeholder management
Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
