Must Have Skills:
- Solution architecture experience across customer operations, billing, metering, and customer engagement platforms
- Strong hands-on background with Oracle C2M/CCS/CC&B
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in MDM system
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and utility rate structures
- Prior consulting experience
- The Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the definition and delivery of the end to end business process for a major utility transformation. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the E2E solution architecture across customer operations, billing, metering, customer experience, and integration workstreams
- Own architectural decision-making and ensure alignment across functional, technical, and testing teams
- Facilitate workshops, as needed, with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into system capabilities and architectural specifications
- Develop and maintain the integrated architecture blueprint
- Guide the creation of Functional and Technical Designs, ensuring consistency and adherence to architectural standards
- Partner with integration teams to define API specifications
- Oversee data architecture, conversion approach and quality standards
- Manage architectural risks, dependencies, and design governance across workstreams
- Provide hands-on review and troubleshooting support during SIT, performance testing, and production readiness
- Support program leadership to resolve cross functional design dependencies, and maintain architectural consistency across delivery teams.
