We are seeking an experienced Oracle Sales Cloud Functional Lead to drive a new implementation project. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud, leading requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, while collaborating closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Sales Cloud implementation, including requirement gathering, design workshops, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify gaps, and propose scalable Oracle Sales Cloud solutions.
- Configure Sales Cloud modules, including:
- Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts
- Sales Forecasting and Quotas
- Territory Management
- Reports and Dashboards
- Approvals and Workflow Automation
- Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
- Work with technical teams on integrations with ERP, Marketing, and other enterprise applications.
- Support UAT sessions, resolve functional issues, and ensure smooth go-live.
- Mentor and guide junior functional consultants.
- Ensure solution aligns with Oracle best practices and client business requirements.
- 8 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud implementations.
- Proven experience as a Functional Lead in end-to-end Sales Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud modules: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, Territory Management.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud configuration, workflows, approvals, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Sales or CRM modules.
- Experience with multi-region or complex sales processes.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud integration tools (HCM, ERP, Marketing Cloud).
- Prior consulting experience with large enterprise clients.
- Role is remote with milestone-based travel to California (expenses covered).
