- Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & Administration
- Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
- Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
- Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
- Experience on Oracle Journeys
- Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
- Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
- Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
- Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System
- Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
- Experience on Documentum
- Knowledge of Skill Nexus, GEN AI in Oracle.
- Knowledge on LLM's
- Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages
- Minimum Qualifications 3 years of supporting enterprise applications (SaaS and/or in-house) and software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- Prior hands-on experience in managing Oracle Fusion platform Global HR is essential. Develop inbound / Outbound, File / API based Integrations for Oracle HCM Prior experience of reading Oracle whitepaper and creating functional & Technical summary for team.
- Prior Experience of consuming Oracle delivered API and integrate with enterprise application, Experience with Agile(Scrum), Rally, Jira, Confluence, Kanban Completed at least 1 Full life cycle
- implementation of Oracle Cloud Project Prior experience of automating Oracle Cloud test Data management will added advantages.
- Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be added advantages Prior experience of automating Code deployment process will be added advantages.
