Job Description :
- Trusted Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with 10 years of experience across Core HR, Recruiting, Journeys, and HCM Security, with strong focus on configuration driven enhancements to deliver Business-Aligned HCM Solutions.
- Deep expertise in understanding Complex Business Challenges and propose tailored Core HR Solutions by designing Enterprise Structure, Employment Life Cycles, Managing Approvals and all Core HR Processes
- Strong solutioning experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), demonstrating optimized Hiring Process, Job Application Flows, Efficient Offer Management with enhanced Candidate Selection Process and leveraging embedded AI Capabilities
- Expertise in Redwood UI Personalization, Leveraging VBCS and Business Validation Rule to tailor User Experience, enforce Business Logic and deliver intuitive, Configuration-driven Solution.
- Proven ability in Designing Oracle Journeys to Automate and enhance Employee Life Cycle events such as Onboarding, Transitions and Offboarding through Checklist, Event based Trigger, Eligibility Profiles and Journey Templates
- Deep knowledge of HCM Security, Including RBAC, Roles and Data Security Configuration, User Provisioning, and compliance with Business Policies.
- Strong ability to bridge Business and Technical Teams, Translating the Requirements of Reports, Integration, Extracts, Fast Formula into scalable Solutions.
