Job Overview:
- Own end-to-end solution design for Global Trade Management within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
- Design scalable solutions for customs management, trade compliance and screening, and landed cost management.
- Define logical architectures including data segregation models and multi-entity setups.
- Lead full lifecycle implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, production migration, and hypercare support.
- Ensure delivery quality through defined metrics and adherence to service level agreements.
- Lead integrations across multiple systems and platforms to support business operations.
- Develop and review techno-functional specifications and integration mapping documentation.
- Implement and manage export and import filing processes along with trade compliance controls.
- Act as a subject matter expert for global trade regulations and system enforcement.
- Develop enterprise reporting solutions and support financial and compliance reporting processes.
- Serve as a program or track lead and primary point of contact for trade operations.
- Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer programs.
- Provide production support, incident resolution, and manage change and enhancement requests.
- Design and implement end-to-end Global Trade Management solutions.
- Lead system integrations and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Configure compliance controls and trade management processes.
- Develop reporting and analytics solutions for operational insights.
- Manage project lifecycle activities and stakeholder communication.
- Provide ongoing production support and handle incident resolution.
- Conduct training sessions and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Experience implementing end-to-end Oracle GTM cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of trade compliance modules including classification, screening, and license management.
- Experience with enterprise processes such as Plan-to-Fulfill, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay.
- Experience with document generation using reporting tools.
- Strong expertise in Oracle GTM and related cloud technologies.
- Integration experience using Oracle Integration Cloud and middleware tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and PLSQL.
- Experience with reporting tools and data analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of API integrations and data migration strategies.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and configuration tools.
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
- Oracle certifications in GTM, OTM, or related supply chain modules preferred.
