Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 11 years of overall Information Technology experience and minimum 8 years of exclusive hands-on experience in GL, IC, AP, AR.
- Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, AR, IC).
- Led at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations as a Finance Lead/Architect.
- Strong experience in COA design, multi-ledger architecture, financial consolidations, Intercompany accounting
- Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM), and Agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
- Oracle Cloud certifications (Financials Cloud, General Ledger, Payables, Receivables).
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, IC).
- Define the chart of accounts, legal entity structure, ledger configuration, intercompany framework, and subledger accounting rules.
- Design integrated finance processes such as procuretopay (P2P), ordertocash (O2C), and recordtoreport (R2R).
- Ensure solution alignment with industry best practices, compliance standards, and customer business objectives.
- Experience with Legacy ERP to-Fusion migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Projects and its integration with Finance
- Treasury and bank integration frameworks
- Work closely with technical teams, including integrations, reports, security, and data migration teams.
- Collaborate with SCM, HCM, Projects, and Manufacturing teams to ensure endtoend finance alignment.
- Provide direction to functional consultants and offshore teams.
- Experience in industries such as Food and Beverage
- Exposure to finance transformation programs (FP&A tools, automation, AI/ML-enabled forecasting).
- Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks.
- Define integration requirements with 3rdparty systems (banks, billing, procurement, CRM).
- Guide teams on OTBI, FRS, BI Publisher reports, and financial analytics.
- Ensure the architecture supports audit, compliance, and reporting needs.
- Act as the primary finance solution authority for the ERP program.
- Own end-to-end design decisions and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Support cutover planning, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
