Implementation & Delivery
- Lead ERP implementations or transformations
- Work with CFOs, finance teams, and IT leaders
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP)
- Design integrations using APIs, middleware (like Oracle Integration Cloud)
Functional Skills
- Strong accounting knowledge (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
- Financial processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report)
- Oracle ERP configuration
- SQL, data migration tools
- Cloud architecture concepts
- Integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs)
