Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain processes
- Configure and implement Oracle ERP Supply Chain modules
- Work closely with business stakeholders to design optimal solutions
- Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and support end users during deployment
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, and user manuals
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations
- Ensure adherence to best practices and process improvements
- Core Modules Expertise:
- Oracle Inventory (INV)
- Oracle Order Management (OM)
- Oracle Procurement / Purchasing (PO)
- Oracle iProcurement
- Oracle Shipping / Logistics
- Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS) – optional
- Oracle Planning (ASCP / Demand Planning) – optional
- Required Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain business processes
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (EBS / Oracle Fusion)
- Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end implementations
- Good understanding of integrations and data flows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
- Knowledge of SQL for basic data analysis
- Exposure to reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI)
- Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery models
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Oracle certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
