- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM/Hyperion Planning tools.
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., FDMEE, Data Management).
- Proficiency in SQL and database querying.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with financial reporting and tax compliance processes.
- Understanding of EPM data integration and governance.
- Experience with Smart View and EPM Automate.
- Implementing and configuring ARCS applications.
- Developing custom reports and dashboards.
- Creating and managing reconciliation rules and processes.
- Ensuring data governance and integrity within ARCS.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ARCS environment.
- Training end-users on ARCS functionalities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Staying up-to-date with ARCS best practices and new features.
- Leading or participating in the implementation of FCCS, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing.
- Managing the financial close process, including data loading, calculations, and reporting.
- Maintaining dimensions, hierarchies, and mappings within FCCS.
- Integrating FCCS with other systems like EDMCS, ERPs, and reporting tools.
- Providing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and user training.
- Developing and maintaining business rules within FCCS.
- Creating and maintaining reports using Financial Reporting Studio or other reporting tools.
