Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Developer to join our development team and help build the next generation of business intelligence and support tools. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing database solutions to deliver critical applications that support multiple business units. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product owners and technology teams to design and implement reliable, scalable database solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop, test, and maintain Oracle database applications, ensuring high performance and recoverability. Work on ETL processes, data modeling, and performance tuning. Create and maintain documentation for application setups and processes. Ensure compliance with development standards and best practices. Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to team deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. 15 years of experience in application development or software engineering. Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, relational design, and Linux. Strong experience in ETL, data modeling, and performance tuning. Familiarity with development tools such as Jira, GIT, Jenkins, and Udeploy. Knowledge of Institutional and Capital Markets products (prime brokerage, fixed income, equities). Experience in trade operations, post-trade analysis, profit/loss analysis, CRM, and compliance reporting. Comfortable working in Scrum Agile and Agile@Scale environments. Ability to collaborate effectively with business product owners, end users, and technology teams. Adaptability to emerging technologies and trends. Education: Bachelors Degree
