- Apply 8 years of proven Oracle Database Development and DBA experience, specifically within financial services.
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities in managing technical teams or delivering complex projects.
- Utilize deep expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle architecture.
- Apply advanced knowledge of performance tuning, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Work with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and highavailability solutions.
- Monitor performance, diagnose issues, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Stay updated on latest Oracle features and industry trends to recommend innovative approaches.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for database initiatives.
