Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle Change Management Lead for one of its clients in Remote 25 40% (Frisco, TX & San Diego, CA)

NOTE: Travel: 25 40% To Frisco, TX & San Diego, CA

Job Title: Oracle Change Management Lead

Required Skills

• 7 years in Change Management for Oracle / ERP programs
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication
• Experience supporting Oracle implementations (Cloud or EBS)
• Ability to manage cross-functional and global teams
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in Aerospace industry
• Familiarity with AI-driven or digital transformation initiatives
• Certification in change frameworks (Prosci, etc.)
  
  

Work Site: Remote 25 40% Travel To Frisco, TX & San Diego, CA

Duration: 13 months
