The position is based in Marlton, New Jersey and follows a hybrid schedule with three days onsite each week. This is a project based contract opportunity supporting cross functional technology teams.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, three days a week onsite

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst:
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to capture, analyze, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation including system requirements, interface specifications, data flows, and process diagrams
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and data teams to support system integrations, APIs, and enterprise platforms
- Support Agile and hybrid delivery efforts through backlog refinement, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition
- Validate delivered solutions through functional testing, data validation, risk identification, and dependency tracking
- Five or more years of experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in enterprise technology environments
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data models, cloud platforms, and enterprise architectures
- Experience supporting Agile delivery teams with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- A degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
