Requirements:

• 8 or more years of experience in Oracle Forms, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL application development.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic Server, and Oracle HTTP Server components.
• Experience with Oracle Database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and object management.
• Experience in enterprise financial system integration and governmental accounting data flows.
• Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and ETL data transformation processes.
• Experience with PCI compliance standards and application security best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust financial applications using Oracle Forms and APEX platforms.
• Create and optimize complex PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and database packages.
• Deploy and manage application environments using Oracle Fusion Middleware and WebLogic.
• Implement Extract, Transform, and Load operations to synchronize data across disparate systems.
• Execute technical solutions that adhere to data security and PCI compliance regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document data mapping and system transformation rules.
• Provide technical mentorship and training to team members on development standards.
