Description:
Primary Function of Position:
- The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator (Contingent) will support the coordination, facilitation, logistics and fulfillment of various internal assets supporting Commercial activities, specifically for system and product demo programs.
- The role requires the ability to efficiently organize; problem solve and process requests while working effectively and in close cooperation with diverse internal/external stakeholders to ensure appropriate internal assets are supporting sales/marketing events.
- Interact with Commercial organization on various program timelines and deliverables- surveys, tracking details, scheduling and coordinating movements of assets that are managed by the department
- Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third-party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Responsible in the shipping/receiving and intake processing of internal assets supporting Commercial initiatives on behalf of Sales Operations Programs team
- Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality prior to supporting Commercial events
- Organize and manage warehouse and program inventory (systems, instrumentation, accessories)
- Operate and maintain material handling equipment (i.e. label machine, pallet jack)
- Assist with Sales Operations Programs annual maintenance/system upgrades
- Effective time management, detail-oriented
- Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Excel
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to lift 80lbs
- Minimal travel may be required
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Prior logistics experience a plus
- Driver s license required
- Bachelor s degree
