About The Role
The Digital Operations Process Analyst is a key partner in driving operational and

financially savvy, and experienced in large-scale operations support within IT
environment's
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management (50%): Manage department-level budgets, review invoices, and assist with software capitalization processes.
- Resource Management (20%): Oversee resource assignments and allocations across teams and projects.
- GAA (20%): Configure Jira workflows and manage Confluence spaces.
- Software License Management (10%): Ensure compliance and calculate chargeback licensing costs.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships through monthly touchpoints for onboarding/offboarding contractors.
- Document and improve workflows for financial, operational, and resource management processes.
- 3 years in operations or financial management within IT environments.
- Strong analytical and financial skills; experience with budgeting and resource planning. (software capitalization required)
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a bonus
- Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence administration.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
