Operational Resiliency Program Coordinator
- 7 years of overall professional experience, including at least 4 5 years supporting business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, or risk management programs.
- Strong organizational and program coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document plans, procedures, and status updates clearly
- Experience working cross-functionally with business, IT, security, facilities, and third-party partners
- Working knowledge of operational resiliency principles and the resiliency lifecycle, including planning, assessment, strategy development, testing, response, recovery, and continuous improvement
- Understanding of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) processes and how BIA outputs inform recovery priorities and resilience planning
- Understanding of TIA and its role in identifying operational or technology impacts to critical services
- Understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, recovery strategies, dependencies, and testing requirements
- Familiarity with business continuity and incident response concepts, including crisis management, plan maintenance, and exercise support
- Knowledge of risk identification, issue tracking, remediation follow-up, and control documentation
- Experience coordinating plan reviews, updates, exercises, and after-action follow-up activities
- Ability to analyze data and documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
- Familiarity with resilience, continuity, or risk management platforms and reporting tools
- Understanding of regulatory, audit, or compliance expectations related to resiliency and recovery programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and document management tools
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Able to work independently while coordinating across diverse teams
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong follow-through and ability to drive tasks to completion
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
