We are seeking an experienced SAP Plan-to-Produce (P2P) Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP PP and related manufacturing modules to support end-to-end planning and production processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across demand planning, production planning, execution, and integration with procurement, inventory, and finance in complex SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support end-to-end Plan-to-Produce processes:
- Demand Management & Forecasting
- Production Planning (MPS/MRP)
- Capacity Planning
- Production Orders & Execution
- Goods Issue / Goods Receipt
- Configure and support SAP PP:
- BOMs, Routings, Work Centers
- Production versions
- Planning strategies & scheduling
- Integrate SAP PP with:
- MM (Procure-to-Pay)
- SD (Order-to-Cash)
- FI/CO (Costing, settlement, variance analysis)
- Support shop floor execution and manufacturing processes
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams
- Support UAT, cutover, go-live, and production support
- Analyze and resolve production planning and execution issues
- Ensure compliance with business controls and manufacturing best practices
- Strong experience in SAP PP (Production Planning)
- Deep understanding of Plan-to-Produce / Plan-to-Manufacture lifecycle
- Experience with MRP, capacity planning, production execution
- Strong knowledge of BOMs, routings, and work centers
- Integration experience with MM, SD, and FI/CO
- Experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, or support
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP
- Exposure to Advanced Planning tools (PP/DS, APO, IBP)
- Experience in manufacturing / automotive / consumer goods industries
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Make-to-Order / Make-to-Stock
- SAP PP or S/4HANA certification
