Job Title: ERP Applications Manager

Location: Fitchburg, Wisconsin

Job Type: Full-time

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of work experience in an IT role.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing projects; project management or scrum certification is desired.
• Experience working in a manufacturing organization is desired.
• Willingness to work on-site.
• Experience with at least one of the following software applications: Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, Workato, Snowflake.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Highly proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with project management applications like JIRA.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at any given time.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
