Key Activities: With a focus on the customer experience for unplanned and planned electric outages:
Creates architectural vision that is aligned with product vision.
Challenges currentfuture technical needs and works towards enterprise standardization and standardization across customer channels
Makes tradeoffs among tech options to balance risk (execution, support, vendor, TCO).
Quickly assesses and moves to most viable alternatives.
