We are seeking an experienced Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) SME with strong hands-on expertise in Okta CIAM to design, implement, and optimize secure identity solutions for external users. The ideal candidate will drive identity onboarding, authentication, MFA, SSO, consent, and governance programs across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CIAM solutions using Okta
- Build/manage identity services: registration, login, MFA, SSO, social login, consent & account recovery
- Define & enhance Okta architecture, workflows, custom connectors, integration frameworks
- Develop RBAC, enforce SoD, and build scalable IAM solutions
- Lead upgrades, patching, and platform hardening
- Oversee SSO provisioning integrations for complex apps
- Implement identity federation, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML & API security
- Build/maintain custom workflows, connectors, IGA integrations
- Support advanced authentication methods
- Drive access certification campaigns & ensure compliance
- Monitor/troubleshoot IGA connector issues
- Identify & remediate Okta vulnerabilities
- Lead lifecycle mgmt., onboarding, and access workflows
- Manage incidents perform root cause analysis
- Automate repetitive workflows & improve processes
- Collaborate with security, infra, and app teams; manage vendors
- Coordinate architecture enhancements & support escalations
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud
- Solid knowledge in IAM/CIAM, IGA, PAM concepts
- Experience designing Okta architecture & custom development
- Expertise with OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, federation, API security
- Experience building custom workflows & integration frameworks
- Strong workflow automation, policy enforcement (SoD) & risk mgmt.
- Skilled in compliance security initiatives
- Ability to lead strategic programs & mentor teams
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication
