- Travel to field locations to support training sessions
- Facilitate training classes onsite and virtual
- Assist with ensuring user readiness (training materials, access, environment setup)
- Analyze mobile device management settings and process
- Provide suggestions for improvement and enablement of bringing current operations to scale
Experience working with field operations teams (e.g., mechanical, transportation, industrial environments)
Experience agile and reporting tools using Figma, Confluence, Jira, Tableau
- Certifications: SAFe, Prosci, Kotter Preferred: Training experience with UKG Time & Attendance Sytem and/or Maximo(Asset Management System)
