Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implementintegrated observability solutions for large-scale environments.
Drive automation using Catalyst Center APIs, Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
Deploy and optimize ThousandEyes for synthetic and real-user monitoring.
Build Grafana dashboards for performance analytics and actionable insights.
Define SLOs/SLIs, troubleshoot incidents, and mentor engineering teams.
Required Qualifications:
10 years in enterprise networking/systems/cloud engineering; 3-5 years in observability and automation leadership.
Hands-on expertise with Catalyst Center, ThousandEyes, Grafana.
Strong automation skills (Python, Ansible, Terraform) and API integrations.
Proven success in large-scale deployments and team mentorship.
Preferred:
Relevant certifications (Cisco Observability, AWS/Azure monitoring).
Experience with cloud networking, security monitoring, and hybrid environments.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $110.00/hr.
