Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced O9 Demand Planning Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of demand planning solutions using the O9 Digital Brain platform. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes while delivering scalable supply chain planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Demand Planning, Forecasting, and S&OP/IBP processes.
- Conduct workshops with business users and stakeholders to understand planning needs.
- Configure and implement O9 Demand Planning solutions.
- Design forecasting models, demand sensing, segmentation, and replenishment strategies.
- Configure statistical forecasting methods and demand planning workflows.
- Develop planning hierarchies, calendars, measures, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Perform data validation, UAT support, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and other planning platforms.
- Support S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
- Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Drive continuous process improvements and best practices in demand planning.
- 5 years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
- 3 years of hands-on O9 Demand Planning implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- Demand Forecasting
- Statistical Forecasting
- Demand Sensing
- Inventory Planning
- S&OP / IBP
- Supply Chain Planning
- Experience configuring O9 Demand Planning modules.
- Knowledge of planning hierarchies, measures, dimensions, and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data validation and UAT.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle SCP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or E2Open.
- Exposure to O9 Supply Planning and Integrated Business Planning.
- Understanding of integration technologies and ETL processes.
- Python, R, or advanced analytics experience.
- Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, or Pharma industry experience.
- Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- APICS/ASCM certifications are a plus.
