Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience in help desk, call center, or systems administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident tracking and ticket escalation.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Squared Up.
• Experience in Level 1 network troubleshooting and outage diagnosis.
• Experience with vendor coordination and communicating with service providers.
• Experience in following disaster recovery protocols and escalation procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Monitor network status and assets using SolarWinds and Squared Up.
• Provide Level 1 technical support for inbound network inquiries.
• Create and escalate Service Now tickets to engineers and vendors.
• Coordinate with service providers to resolve outages and restore service.
• Perform enterprise incident communications using approved templates.
• Research and update diagnostic aids and knowledgebase documentation.
• Identify and resolve problems proactively during after-hours shifts.
