- The NICE InContact Tester is responsible for testing contact center solutions, ensuring system performance, and validating integrations across platforms.
- This role involves working with cloud infrastructure, automation, and AI-driven technologies to deliver high-quality testing outcomes and seamless customer experiences.
- Test NICE InContact solutions including IVR, ACD, campaigns, teams, and routing strategies.
- Validate automated call center workflows, including call flows, prompts, and scripts.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes for testing and deployment activities.
- Perform integration and automation testing for APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
- Conduct system health and performance testing.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols such as WebRTC.
- Experience with contact center technologies including NICE InContact, IVR, ACD, skills, and campaigns.
- Experience with speech analytics tools and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of workforce management, including scheduling, forecasting, and intraday adjustments.
- Familiarity with quality management tools and processes.
- Experience with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and conversational AI.
- Experience in AI/ASR tuning for enhanced customer experience.
- Knowledge of CRM and omnichannel integrations.
- Experience integrating with platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics.
- Ability to develop and support click-to-call and chat channel functionalities.
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Salary : $55 - $60
