Job Description:

Looking for an experienced NICE CXone Developer with strong hands-on experience in CXone Studio scripting and contact center solutions.

Key Skills:

NICE CXone / NICE inContact
CXone Studio scripting (IVR, ACD, call flows, routing)
APIs & Integrations (REST, Web Services)
JavaScript, JSON, XML
Omnichannel Contact Center experience
CRM integrations (Salesforce / ServiceNow / Zendesk)
Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, Telephony
Cloud exposure (AWS, VPN, Webhooks)

Additional Info:

10 years experience required
Face-to-Face client round is mandatory
Open to relocate (prefer local candidates)
Visa: Any (No H1 Transfer)
