Position Overview:
The selected candidate will lead our cross-functional team dedicated to Network Systems Product design (Cornet, C3 EFB, CWLU, AG, and MAT) and Network Systems Lab Integration. This role demands exceptional collaboration, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to effectively manage global teams. We have two open positions to oversee: one for the Product Team and another for the Lab Integration Team, both focused on driving excellence and enhancing our customers' operational capabilities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 3 years of experience in systems engineering, systems integration, software engineering, electrical engineering, certification, network security and/or cybersecurity
- 1 years of experience leading a project or team
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience working with AvionX as a partner or vertical organization.
- Project management experience
- Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values
- Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.
