Job Requirements

• 4 years of professional experience in enterprise system administration within hybrid Microsoft environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for authoring original automation scripts and managing complex system configurations.
• Experience in Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, and automated application deployment.
• Experience with Windows Server administration including virtualization, capacity planning, and role management.
• Experience in Active Directory configuration encompassing Group Policy (GPO) and Organizational Unit (OU) design.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for managing security baselines and investigating infrastructure alerts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for resolving escalated technical issues and supporting end users.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Manage hybrid Microsoft 365 infrastructure including identity synchronization between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Architect and execute original PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Administer Intune configuration profiles, security baselines, and mobile application management for the enterprise.
• Oversee Windows Server performance monitoring, patching cycles, and NTFS permission structures.
• Execute Active Directory management including GPO administration and complex access control updates.
• Monitor Microsoft Defender dashboards to perform root-cause analysis on security alerts and endpoint threats.
• Resolve escalated technical support tickets and manage conference room audiovisual system configurations.
