Network Lead

Hands-on Experience In Windows Server Administration.
Experience managing VMware environments.
- Wireless/networking
- ISE, Cisco FW security expertise
- ep Hands-On Enterprise Network & Wireless Expertise
- Strong, current hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting LAN/WAN and enterprise wireless environments
- Proven ability to handle day-to-day operations, escalations, MACs, site integrations, and lifecycle refreshes
- Solid RF and wireless troubleshooting skills in large, distributed environments
- Strong Cisco-Centric Background in a Global Environment
- Extensive experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless in a large-scale, multi-site, multi-country enterprise
- Comfort owning the network end-to-end, including hardware refreshes, WAN technologies, and monitoring/alerting
- Experience supporting hundreds of locations is key
- Player/Coach Leadership Capability
- Ability to lead while remaining hands-on this is not a pure people manager
- Experience acting as a technical escalation point, mentoring engineers, and setting priorities/best practices
- Comfortable taking full ownership of the network function and guiding long-term direction once onboarded.
- $70-$72/hour W2/ $130K salary
