What You’ll Do
- Analyze, design, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple platforms
- Monitor network performance, traffic, and utilization trends
- Implement network changes, migrations, and security remediations
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide root cause analysis
- Support disaster recovery and ensure network resiliency
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Create and maintain network documentation and procedures
- Participate in on-call support, off-hours work, and network upgrades
- Strong experience with enterprise networking (6 years)
- Palo Alto Firewalls and F5 load balancers
- Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
- Experience with security remediation and audit compliance
- Ability to support a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
