- Infrastructure & Systems Administration (Managing servers, network equipment, hardware/software systems, storage, virtualization, and cloud/on-prem environments is the core of the role.)
- Cybersecurity & Access Management (The role places a strong emphasis on system security, user access controls, security monitoring, hardening, risk remediation, and supporting security awareness initiatives.)
- Troubleshooting & IT Operations Support (A good candidate needs strong hands-on experience with monitoring performance, responding to system errors, maintaining backups, patching systems, and resolving user hardware/software issues.)
