Backend Development: Advanced experience developing backend services with .NET 8/9.
Frontend Technologies: Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
DevOps & Infrastructure: Knowledge and experience regarding container-based hosting with Docker or Kubernetes.
Architecture & Integration: Solid understanding of API design principles, integration patterns, and production-ready quality practices. Knowledge of MQTT or Kafka is a significant plus.
Mindset: A self-leading and growth-oriented attitude with a passion for end-users, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork.
Global Collaboration: Ability to navigate multicultural, distributed environments and actively engage diverse stakeholders.
