- In-depth experience in programming or systems analysis desired
- Works in support of corporate strategic planning as a bridge between technical programming and system analysis

- Review and evaluate the Tibco layer to convert it into a services layer
- Web services used for system calls
- IIS used as the hosting and web server environment (Tomcat)
- Minimum 4 years of experience using .Net programming skills (resume must clearly show years of experience and when last used)
- Knowledge of database structures and management systems, with high preference for experience in large, regulated industry environments
- Minimum of 4 years in seat as a System Analyst
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

- 4 years of directly related experience
